In the calibration operation of precision sensors, this combined stage serves as an important auxiliary device. Its stage, with a diameter of 90 millimeters (ø90mm), is suitable for small sensors; the aluminum alloy treated with anodized black finish has a smooth surface, which can reduce friction interference during the calibration process. Through the micrometer-driven XY-axis adjustment function, precise positioning of the sensor can be achieved, while the 360° rotation and ±5° fine-tuning functions can simulate working scenarios at different angles, meeting multi-dimensional calibration requirements. This stage has a load capacity of 58.8 Newtons (58.8N), which can stably support the sensor, ensure no displacement of the device during calibration, significantly improve the precision and reliability of sensor calibration, and thereby guarantee the accuracy of its subsequent measurement data.
