During the assembly process of micro-optical lenses, this combined stage acts as a core auxiliary tool. Its stage, with a diameter of 125 millimeters (ø125mm), is compatible with the size of micro-optical lenses; after undergoing anodized black treatment, the aluminum alloy has a smooth surface that can prevent scratches on lens components. Through the micrometer-driven XY-axis adjustment function, precise alignment of lens elements can be achieved; meanwhile, the design featuring 360° rotation combined with ±5° fine adjustment can optimize the fitting angle of the lenses and reduce optical deviations. This stage has a load capacity of 78.4 Newtons (78.4N), which can stably support the lens assembly, ensure no loosening during the assembly process, and guarantee the imaging quality and optical performance of the lenses.
