Manual XZ-Axis Stages Cross Roller Micrometer Head

During the assembly process of micro-components, the manual XZ-axis lifting stage plays a crucial role. Its 60×60 mm stage size is suitable for micro-components such as micro-screws and connectors; after undergoing anodized black treatment, the aluminum alloy material features a smooth surface and high rust resistance, which can prevent contamination of the components. Driven by a micrometer, this stage enables precise millimeter-level fine-tuning, and its load capacity of 49 Newtons is sufficient to stably support the assembled workpieces. By adjusting the X-axis and Z-axis of the stage, workers can accurately align the assembly positions of the components, thereby reducing assembly difficulty and improving the qualification rate and production efficiency of micro-component assembly.
